Finally we get details on the long planned conversion of the Roosevelt Building at 7th and Flower into high-end lofts. For those that never noticed, the Roosevelt Building is that huge building stretched out over an entire block. Via GlobeSt.com:
"The townhouses will range from 800 sf to 2,600 sf and the 17 penthouses, which will measure more than 2,000 sf, will also include patios, according to M. Aaron Yashouafar, CEO of Roosevelt Lofts. The project is being designed by Killefer Flammang Architects of Santa Monica..." In total there will be 223 units in the building, with prices starting in the mid-$400,000 range. The Roosevelt Building will also be the terminus for the Expo Line.
