A reader sends in this image from the restroom at the Department of Building and Safety at 201 N Figueroa. We can't help but comment on the irony of a facility that provides clear signage for your blueprints, but warns away women from trying to change a dirty diaper there. Yet we have the nagging feeling it wouldn't be the first time someone shit on an architect's plan.
