The tension over plans for developing the federally-owned land in Westwood just got a bit tighter: the army is looking for a buyer for a small parcel of that land. The location is prime: Wilshire and Federal but the terms are not. Potential buyers must agree to build replacement facilities at other government-owned sites elsewhere in Southern California. Potentially interested buyers can bid online now through June.
