Despite our calls for an investigation into Winnie the Pooh's dealing with Council President Garcetti's Office (see photo), nothing has been done to this date. In fact, the giant plushie was just awarded a star on the Walk of Fame. Don't be surprised to see Pooh get a seat on an Area Planning Commission next. Truly shameless.
