RentSlicer: March-April Stats

Via statistics from RentSlicer, we're happy to report that Malibu is once again the most expensive place to rent in our metroplitan area. And Koreatown continues to represent, coming in as the cheapest market for the third month in a row. Venice jumps back into the top ten most expensive markets for the first time since December and Calabasas makes a surprise appearance at number seven. Downey shows up in the top ten cheapest markets for the first time, landing at number three. Highland Park ($1,285) and Palms ($1,288) remain competitive for the top ten cheapest markets, coming in just dollars and cents behind Gardena. Rents continue to hover above $1,000/month for the second month in a row, with no signs of trending downward. Boo!
