RentSlicer: Feb-March Stats

So long sub-$1,000 apartment listings this month. Just remember, these are averages so half the listings are above $1,000 and half below. Can someone please check our math. There were a couple of ups, downs and leaps in this months rental roundup. Pacific Palisades and Koreatown remain intact as the most expensive and cheapest rental markets, respectively. Bel Air makes a leap into the top ten most expensive markets for the first time since we've been tracking these rankings, leaping into position number 3. Exciting! And Panorama City, which at one time was the cheapest rental market in the region, has plummeted to number 14. Congratulations Panorama City on getting less affordable.
