Just last week, Phoenix Realty Group announced they closed escrow on Phase II of Santee Village. And we also learned last week that South LA, or more specifically Leimert Park, is hot again. So its not a surprise that our favorite realty group, armed with a $103 million Genesis Workforce Housing Fund, has announced another middle-income development project, just a hop, skip, and jump from Leimert Park, at West 54th Street and 5th Ave. Yes, parts of LA sound like they should be in Manhattan. This project will feature 56 condominiums, three townhomes and two single-family homes priced from $369,000 to $520,000. Yes, "middle-income" homes in LA are over half a mil - a bargain if you ask us.
