A nice surprise for a Friday afternoon. Happy St. Patty's Day! The Hollywood has updated their web presence with some new renderings, floorplans (including the one above of a 1,400 SF corner unit) and video interviews with the project team - including an interview with kitchen designer Shai Zion who lets us know that Europeans have a special relationship with their kitchen cabinets. The niftiest marketing tool we've seen in awhile is a Flash map pinpointing surrounding businesses, nite spots and employment centers. The site also announces the opening of the sales office on April 1st. The only thing that's missing is a blog.
