Sci-Arc founder Ray Kappe is getting all prefabricated on us. Kappe's company, Living Homes, makes environmentally friendly, and dare we say wicked cool, prefabricated homes. Land + Living reports that one of the model homes is presently under construction in Santa Monica. We imagine it will be ready for the CA Boom 3 exhibition later this month. We don't care if these things are completely unlivable just as long as they keep feeding us pretty, pretty pictures.
