Reichen Lehmkuhl has been in the tabloids a lot lately. He won season four of the Amazing Race, but more important, was the better looking half of the gay celebrity couple he formed with Lance Bass. Now that Lance and Reichen have called it quits, we've found the requisite real estate angle. It turns out Reichen is a licensed real estate broker has a real estate license that is currently suspended and works at Sotheby's Beverly Hills. He has his first post-break up listing up now: a 5 bedroom, $5+ million estate on Mulholland in BH. From the listing:
A long gated drive off Mulholland leads up to this beautiful "entertainer's" estate sitting high above Beverly Hills on 1+ acre with two guest houses and two pools. The elegant two story main house has an open floor plan with huge gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplaces, sexy master upstairs with leaded glass looking out to panoramic city and ocean views. Two guest bedrooms downstairs include large en suite marble bathrooms with their own outside entrances. 3 patios for indoor/outdoor California living. That commission is going to come in handy now that he's no longer living on 'N Sync's royalties. And a big ole "bienvenue" to our new readers! It looks like we've had quite a few new visitors since Perez Hilton linked to us. Come on in, feel free to put your feet up on the furniture, and kids - play nice. Let's leave the gay bashing and homophobia where it belongs. In the meantime, check out some of our favorite topics. Reichen and Lance aren't our only celebrity obsessions:
