We hate to be the bearer of such bad news, but apparently a dump can still fetch more than half a mil. If ever there were a candidate for America's Overvalued Real Estate (RIP), this house is it. Anyway, we were as shocked and appalled as many of you when we looked at this listing, but John and Josie pretty much nailed it. Recording studio or not, there must be diamonds embedded in the walls or something.
