LA Downtown News reports that today Titan Organization will close escrow on the plot of land where the two "Towers of C-R-A-Z-Y", the City House and Olympic, are to be built. Ground breaking is scheduled for late summer 2007. Even more crazy, Titan president Gary Warfel was quoted as saying, "The CRA has been extremely cooperative." What the fuck planet are we on???
