Our good friend B-Do emails us with news that shocked us. Shakey's, our childhood friend, has finally emerged into the dawn of a new century. The pizza chain has gone through a redesign to accomodate the new Mozza loving consumer and his family. Now while enjoying a healthy micro-brew, parents can send their kids to an arcade where the kids can work off the pounds of food they just ate. According to Wikipedia, the chain has shrunk from a one time high of 325 stores in the US to only 62 stores, with 55 of those being in California. The first Shakey's to get the redo is in Covina on Azusa Ave, with the Shakey's in Burbank following suit shortly.
