Word from our wire sources reports that the 1100 Wilshire building is now occupiable. So congratulations to those of you not embroiled in some sort of lawsuit with the developers, you can now begin moving in. From the Mayor's Office: "Please join Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Councilmember Ed Reyes in congratulating Forest City Development for their recent success. Yesterday, November 20th, they obtained occupancy approval for their newest Adaptive Reuse project - converting the former Wilshire Finance Building (1100 Wilshire) into 228 units of Adaptive Reuse Lofts, and 15% affordable housing units generated as a result."
