We once again depart from our no-events posting policy to let you know your fellow angelenos have decided to do something radical: take a walk. Mike and Maria of Franklin Avenue are planning to walk the 16 mile length of Wilshire Blvd from downtown to the sea. All are invited to join, they depart at 8am sharp from Wilshire and Grand. Since we never wear flats, hate the sun, and generally dislike any organized form of group activity on a saturday that doesn't a) involve mimosas and b) involve mimosas, we'll just honk and wave.
