Eichler in Granada Hills Comes on Market

From Eichler Homes of Southern California comes word that one of those hard to get Eichler's has come on the market in the Balboa Highlands neighborhood of Granada Hills. Eichler built a tract of the post & beam modern homes in the Valley community that have surprisingly not been bulldozed and replaced with mini-Palazzos. Per LottaLiving:

This neighborhood of roughly 100 homes was built by renowned developer, Joseph Eichler between 1963 and 1964 and is located at the northern edge of the San Fernando Valley. It is the only Eichler tract in Los Angeles County. The 1963 built home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. The description also claims the home has been kept in "it's original state," which should keep the Eichler purists happy. Retail Price: $720,000.
