Some may think that the electric car was killed never to be heard from again, especially here in L.A. After all, many Angelenos are in no hurry to give up those comfy and gas-hungry German cars. However, the electric car will soon been seen on a street near you. L.A. Electric Cars will be the exclusive dealership for ZAP (Zero Air Pollution) electric cars in L.A. Their showroom opens on November 24 at 1214 Long Beach Avenue. Beginning in 2007, the retailer will open pop up stores around the city, and each store will remain open for 30 to 90 days. Hybrids are going to be so passé.
