Luxist takes a look at Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx's divorce special listed for $2.995 million on 40 acres in Agoura Hills. While he and his wife, former Playmate Donna D'Errico, divvy up their assets, they've put their six bedroom house on the market. What does nearly $3 million buy you? A formal dining room, "bonus room" (we have no idea what that means, either), a master suite with a spa tub, steam shower and redwood sauna. And like every struggling musician in Silver Lake with a garage, they've converted a room into a recording studio. Other features include a pool, spa, vegetable garden, playground and, so you can get away from it all, a meditation garden. Because nothing says you're ready to rock and shout at the devil like a kid's playground and meditation garden.
