Another one of our readers with an interest in the Pan American Loft progress writes in with his recent observations:
The ground floor only needs a few vent covers, a nice coat of paint and the awnings to complete the exterior. You can see that windows have already been installed along 3rd Street. Work on the interior of the ground floor is coming along, with very significant visible progress in just the last two weeks. Luckily, our reader snapped a picture of the lofts just yesterday, and cursory investigation (ok, we looked at his email, so extremely cursory investigation) seems to indicate he doesn't actually work for Urban Pacific.
