I Dub Thee Coolsville

FranklinAvenue picks up on the note in the LA Times that neighborhoods now have the option of renaming themselves at the City's expense.

Under the policy, the city will pay for some new signage and the $2,700 in administrative costs. Community leaders, however, will still have to corral support from residents for the name change and win City Council approval.
This is great news for us all. Now all of those neighborhoods advertising themselves as Los Feliz-adjacent, Beverly Hills-adjacent and Hancock Park-adjacent can just rename themselves with the "adjacent" tag permanently so we know where they are.
