Claiming we knew of Joseph Eichler before today would be a lie. But now that we checked him out in Wikipedia we find ourselves a fan of his California Modern post-and-beam style of building. Very chic, if you ask us. One of his works is available in Orange - that's somewhere in Orange County - featuring a swimming pool, and 4 bed/2 baths on an 8,500 square foot lot. We say, you can't have enough post-and-beams in your house. Retail Price: $779,000.
