1) 5400 W. Hollywood Blvd. (above). Next to Siam Square in Thai Town, developers have presented plans to construct a 47,933 sq.ft. mixed-use project, with 6,778 sq.ft. of ground-floor commercial space and 40 apartment units over 67 underground parking spaces. It will replace some 1960's style fugly looking motel or something.
2) 8648 Glenoaks Blvd., Sun Valley. Proposed 70-unit condo complex with 157 parking spaces.
3) 510 S. Alexandria, Mid-Wilshire. Not sure if the existing building is being torn down, or is already rubble. Proposed 20-unit condo project on 10,083 sq. ft. with 45 parking spaces.
4) 626 S. Spring St., Historic Core, Downtown LA. Proposed 1,200 sq. foot restaurant (w/ a full line of alcoholic beverages) located on the ground floor. We've heard rumblings that there might be a wine bar going in adjacent to the lovely 626 Gallery and below the adaptive-reuse lofts.
