Lofts, Pan-American Style

There is always room for more downtown lofts.

Downtown?s vintage (also known as ?old?) Irvine Byrne building is being renovated by Urban Pacific Builders as one of downtown?s newest adaptive reuse projects. When it opens later this year after a $16 million investment, the Pan American Lofts building will house 40 flats and penthouse condo units including internal mezzanines and rooftop decks. Sizes range from 800 to 1,400 sf, with pricing starting near a remarkably moderate $300k. The standard lofty amenities are all present and accounted for: exposed brick, ceilings up to 17?, high-end appliances, etc. Flooring is all wood ? either hardwood or ?engineered? ? could this possibly be upscale parquet?

The slick website features floorplans for each unique unit, all the better to obsessively arrange your room layout before move-in.
