Julio? Quincy? Who's Next for 1100 Bel Aire Place?

Superproducer Quincy Jones has sold his Bel Aire home for a figure upwards of $5 million. Jones owned the three-story, 6 bedroom, 8 bath house since 1985, when he purchased it from Julio Iglesias, who immortalized the home in the title of his 1984 album, 1100 Bel Aire Place. We can hardly wait to see if the as-yet-unnamed buyer lives up to the home's musical pedigree. Hmmm... wasn't Clay Aiken in the market for a new bachelor pad?
