The plans for the Robinsons-May site in Beverly Hillls were released yesterday by developers New Pacific Realty. In an obvious bid to downplay the location's history as a purveyor of imitation-leather wallets and celebrity fragrance lines, the developers plan to apply for a gold rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
