Looks like lofts are coming to Century City, an area known more for crack divorce lawyers than crack dealers. Lofts are included the mix of conversion and infill projects soon to be clogging up the area, and this project under construction looks more like faux lofts (note the jutting steel beams visible to the right of the image and partly hidden by the tree) and less like your average Mediterranean condo complex with those dumb, two-foot-wide balconies. Question: does it still count as a loft if you can walk to the Hillcrest Country Club AND a Westfield Shoppingtown?
