Sources say the final accepted offer was a mere $30,000 (1.6%) less than the listed price. This supports the analysis of the property as being priced "market appropriate." And, since the sellers have owned the house for 9 years, pre-modern mania, market mania and Silverlake mania, they did very, very well."
