Redevelopment plans for 415 PCH (formerly the Sand & Sea Club) have hit a snag. Canyon News reports the environmental impact report for the project finds that it will lead to significant street congestion along the Pacific Coast Highway. For those who have no interest in these things unless it's somehow related to entertainment and gossip, the Sand & Sea Club was used as the site for the summer beach episodes of Beverly Hills 90210, appearing as the Beverly Hills Beach Club.

The environmental impact analysis section revealed “the proposed project would result in 24 weekday a.m. peak hour trips, 104 p.m. peak hour trips, and 104 weekend peak hour trips,” leading to “significant and unavoidable” traffic increases at PCH and the California Incline, as well as PCH and Lot 10 North. Brenda and Dylan would get back together by Episode 8 of that season. Public comment is being accepted on 415 PCH through December 22nd.
