Time to revisit the rental market, via RentSlicer.The biggest change between our November post and this month's post is in the form of a $400 drop in rental prices for the most expensive market (i.e. Malibu). Panorama City is still the cheapest market in the Southland with an average rental going for $968.08 - a $0.05 drop from last month. Tujunga gets knocked from the top 10 all the way down to #13, and is replaced by Carson at the ten spot for cheapest markets. There are no big changes on the most expensive markets side, but Manhattan Beach does fall from #3 to #5. Let's hope the downward trend continues so we can all move to the beach.
