You'd think that with the 16 levels of parking at 1100 Wilshire they would be giving spaces away for free. You could think that, but you'd be dead wrong. Dead wrong. Buyers in the super-luxurious, feng shui laden tower in the sky are laying down cold-hard cash for the right to park as close to ground level as possible. ... I just got back from purchasing a parking spot. Floor 5 is reserved for all penthouse owners. I purchased a spot on level 6 for $20,000. I'd say about 1/3 of level 6 is reserved for penthouse level as well but the rest are for sale. Out of the rest, I'd say 1/3 of them have been purchased. The parking spots that are $15,000 are selling pretty fast too and they said they are expecting to sell most if not all of any reserved parking spots. Oh yeah, there is no levels 1-4.
