Another GoogleMaps Hack/Mash-Up, you ask? Yes indeedy. In five years, we predict everyone will have their own GoogleMaps Hack/Mash-up - once everyone has a blog, of course. HomePriceRecords.com identifies recently sold homes (within the last two years) near an address of your choosing, and using publically available records tells you the price at which they sold. The upside is that you can see what your home "could" sell for. The downside is the information from one or more years ago is already stale. Housing prices have had a steady climb since 2003, so the information is more than likely several thousands of dollars (10,000? 50,000? 100,000?) behind reality. But be that as it may, if you have time to kill, it's there for the ogling.
