The boards are going crazy over the recent start of construction on the Hanover Tower. The 26-story project at 9th and Figueroa will include about 7,500 sq. ft. of retail and will replace one of those wide open parking lots that are becoming more endangered every day. The Tower will have 156 condo units with parking below ground and above the ground floor retail. The building's exterior will feature one of those giant wrap around billboards at the parking garage level. Sounds lovely. We're still trying to figure out how much the units will cost. Any tips?
