While we've heard about the contentious 31-story Marina Del Rey Tower proposed for 4363 Lincoln Blvd (it's deemed too tall by locals), Marina Del Rey residents may also be interested in this smaller building proposed for their neighborhood. Meet The Princeton, a 48-unit, 16-story building--consisting of live/work loft condominiums--slated for the edge of Marina del Rey's Arts District. Designed by Santa Monica-based Howard Laks, the project is proposed by developer Prince Land properties (no working web site) for 1038-1040 Princeton Drive. Approval: Still waiting.
