New York Times architecture critic Nicolai Ouroussoff offers kind words for Los Angeles based Neil M. Denari Architects, the team behind the HL23 tower in New York. Touting the explosion of high-rise residential projects sprouting up in New York City and beyond, Denari is lumped in with starchitects Frank Gehry and Jean Nouvel, noting his design as an "ambitious architectural statement."
