Australian singer Sia's new digs look very subdued compared to her last residence: a fancifully elegant Mediterranean-ish mansion in Los Feliz designed by AF Leicht, which she bought in July and flipped back onto the market just a few months later. Her new 1.3-acre property in Toluca Lake includes a large, 4,500-square-foot guesthouse that has been used as a recording studio (the house's sellers were the couple who formerly owned O'Henry Sound Studios in Burbank), plus the Traditional-style main house, a swimming pool, and an outdoor fireplace, says the LA Times.
The gated residence is located in what Variety calls "arguably the most exclusive and more than likely most heavily secured cranny of Los Angeles's affluent and celeb-filled Toluca Lake community." The main house holds five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a powder room, and 9,500 square feet of living space.
The gated compound was not on the open market when it sold to Sia, who paid $5.15 million. There are more pictures available at Ventura Blvd magazine's website, which refers to the entertainer's new house as "One of the largest estates in Toluca Lake."
