Pop singer Joe Jonas (formerly of the Jonas Brothers) recently sold his house near West Hollywood and is holing up in a fancy rental atop Runyon Canyon that costs about $2,600 a night, according to its Airbnb listing. TMZ says the rental has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and "270 degree views of Los Angeles." Jonas has already used the more-than-7,000-square-foot house to host a little Thanksgiving get-together, as documented on his Instagram. The 2014 mansion was designed by architect Jeffrey Allsbrook and is made up of a two-story main house and a guesthouse, plus a sweet pool.
Variety reports that the house is owned by oil heir and actor Bathazar Getty, who bought it in 2003; it's up for sale, too, for $10.25 million. The place looks just as impressive inside as it does outside, with a living room with two huge retractable glass doors and a fireplace, a huge kitchen with a marble island, and "a dining room the length of a small bowling alley."
