Well, well, things got very interesting in the second round of the 2014 Curbed Cup tournament for the Los Angeles Neighborhood of the Year, with three matches ending up in upsets. Most shockingly: eleventh seed Inglewood pulled out a clear win over third seed and heavy favorite, the Arts District. But Los Feliz, seeded fifteenth, had the biggest victory, destroying Santa Monica, seeded seventh. Meanwhile, fifth seed South Park beat its fourth-seeded neighbor, the Historic Core, and first seed Koreatown stayed on top of the Financial District. See you next week for a Koreatown/South Park heat and what promises to be a very interesting Inglewood/Los Feliz matchup.
