Candy Spelling (widow of television megaproducer Aaron Spelling) closed on a $35-million unit at The Century in Century City back in 2010, and she's just now finally getting around to moving in. She sold her Holmby Hills estate The Manor in 2011 and has been shacking up in a rented unit at The Carlyle while she gives The Century unit a thorough makeover--the 18,000-square-foot penthouse (forty-second floor) now has a screening room, spiral staircases, and a saltwater swimming pool. But! Only one single room for wrapping gifts; The Manor had three. Sad. ET got a look inside, watch it below.
