There's a new group opposed to LAX's modernization plan, this time because of traffic. A website called stopendlesscarmageddon.com (don't they know Carmageddon is already taken?) "suggests a proposed change in the configuration of two airport runways would result in the closure of Lincoln Boulevard" which "could add as much as an hour to a typical Westside resident's commute." LAX officials say the claim is untrue. [Daily Breeze]
