The drool-worthy Brody House, designed by architect A. Quincy Jones and interior designer Billy Haines, hit the market in May priced at $24.95 million. But after five months, the residence, built by philanthropists and art collectors Frances and Sidney Brody in 1949, has dropped--and not by a small amount. The home has fallen to $19.5 million.
