From its listing photos, you'd never guess this house was a Neutra. According to the Triangle Modernist Houses archive, Richard Neutra teamed up with William Beckett in 1962 to design a couple of platform houses high in the hills of Sherman Oaks on spec. One—3847 Oakfield Drive—was featured on Curbed when it came on the market back in 2008, and failed to impress. Well, now it's 3737 Oakfield Drive's turn. Unfortunately, we couldn't turn up any photos showing the two-bedroom, two-bath home as it originally looked, apart from a rather terrifying shot of its overhang, but the current pix leave us quite cold. Asking price for the 1,840-square-foot property, which, according to its listing has "an amazing Poggen Pohl kitchen, new AC, copper plumbing, seismic retrofit, security system, electric roller blinds system, and two-car attached carport" is $949,000.--Pauline O'Connor
