"At least a dozen people have called authorities this morning from across San Bernardino and Riverside counties to report seeing a ball of fire drop from the sky. Dispatch supervisor Tom Barnes of the San Bernardino County Fire Department said the calls began about 10:45 a.m." [Press-Enterprise]
