On the Market: Chad Rogers's Beverly Hills Listing

Last week, everyone met Chad Rogers, one of the real estate agents behind the forthcoming "Million Dollar Listings," Bravo's new television show about three "hot" Los Angeles real estate agents. A clip of the show is after the jump (notably, Chad does talk about how young he looks). The jury is still out on the other two real estate agents (Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand) featured on the show. You may judge those two, but CIRCLE OF LOVE AND PROTECTION around Chad. However, you may judge one of Chad's listings, This one is at 12092 Summit Circle in Beverly Hills, and according to Chad's blog, it's listed at $5.15 million. Someone got out the hose on that driveway!
