Curbed LA PriceSpotter Big Reveal
Monday, June 2, 2008, by jwilliams

Thank you to all the STARCHY's participating in this week's game. We gave you a property for sale, and you tried to give us what you thought the listing price was. Now the answer to Friday's Beverly Grove Abode...

Asking Price: $1.199 million
Listing: This home in Beverly Grove is described as a "gem". Indeed - small and pricey. Described thusly: "Ideally situated on one of the loveliest tree-lined blocks in Beverly Grove close to The Grove, Third Street restaurants and shops and Beverly Center." Plus three bedrooms and 1.75 baths.

This week's award goes to guesser Gray #35 who swooped in at the last minute to snatch the prize away from guesser Whiplash. The lot of you averaged $27,738 below the actual listing price. Outlier Martin Prince, with a guess of $1, skewed the results, other wise you all were only an average of $5,727 above the asking price. That's incredible.
