There Goes the Mixed-Use Neighborhood: Circa on Wilshire on Hold

Things haven't been looking so good in the real estate world as of late--and now the 18-story Circa on Wilshire is the latest development tragedy. Following up our previous post on Circa's missing signage, Portland developer Williams & Dame confirms the project--which was supposed to break ground in late 2007--is on hold. According to company representative Kim Moore, the fully-entitled land on which Circa was supposed to rise is not "formally for sale, but we are accepting offers if they do come in." Case closed, Nancy Drew.
