Silver Lake Resident: Aussie Parking Meters Easy To Use

While LAist.com recently posted that the new parking meters--Australian-made Reino meters, according to the blog-- in Silver Lake are difficult for some to figure out because it's not clear if you need to put in more money or not, the chap seen above told us the machines are, in fact, easy to use. And there's this: "The machines even call your cell phone if you need to put in more money," he said. Basically, you are assigned a slot, but aren't given a receipt. And they take credit cards. But you'll have to decide for yourself whether you think they are difficult.
