Apparently this house has been on the MLS before, but has just been re-listed with a new price. While the interior seems just...fine (with the exception of the kitchen, which looks like it could use an upgrade) we're already having fantasies about cocktails on the porch. The "perfectly lit bungalow with a strong mid-century vibe" features a 330 square foot deck crafted from exotic timber. And if memory serves, this stretch of Alvarado in Echo Park is fairly elevated, affording some pretty nice views from that deck. New listing price: $450,000.
