VENICE: Signage is up at Dogtown Station, that 35-unit loft development on Main Street--and one of the area's biggest and most expensive new projects. Gonna wager it looks pretty close to completion, if not totally there. [Curbed Staff]

BEVERLY HILLS: A reader alerts to changes in the parking situation over in Beverly Hills. Are there any residents--or better yet, city parking officers--in the house? "It seems like Beverly hills changed there parking hours with out telling anyone. Their overnight online parking system can only be used from 8am to 9pm. It used to be available to 2am. What's the deal?"
