2) On The Market: Brightly Lit Echo Park Bungalow "When I was actively shopping for a home(s) I would immediately disregard any home(s) that was an obvious flip. I am not going to pay anyone a premium because they decided to place granite countertops and the like inside a home. I can't believe anyone would reward someone for signing loan papers and shopping at Home Depot."
3) WeHo Affordable Housing In Fully Rendered Webby Glory "this project is clearly a mish mash of other projects. it's the beijing olympic stadium's love child with the cal trans building. it's always good to toss in some random folded surfaces for effect. check another one for bad design."
