ConstructionWatch: Hollywood and Vine/W Hotel

Upward march! And construction continues on the enormous mixed-use development that is Hollywood and Vine/the W hotel. As discussed on the site, you're getting a 305-room W Hotel, 143 for-sale W Residences, 375 apartment units, 61,500 square feet of street level retail, and a three-story subterranean garage. According to a rep for developer Legacy Partners, the rental/retail part will be called Hollywood and Vine, and of course, the W will be called the W; prices for the residences now range from $750,000-$6 million, while units range from 1,000-3,200 square feet. Penthouse floor plan reveal here, while the official web site is more boasting more details about the units.
